  AWFUL experience!! The staff was not helpful at all, death of a loved one is when we most need to feel comfortable that everything will be taken care of with the help of a mortuary staff. This staff was having lunch when we arrived, I had to interrupt their lunch to get some help with the DVD player. When I needed the music to be set up the staff was no where to be found so we had to do it ourselves, and then got yelled at by staff not to touch their equipment. Well if you were around we'd ask for help. Family had to pick up the trash and clean up because staff was too lazy to do anything. They wouldn't even take the flowers in the hearse because they would get ruined, so family had to carry them in their cars to the cemetery. I understand their prices are low, but they don't make you feel comfortable at all. They need some tips from other funeral homes, this one really sucks!!

  My family would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Casa De Paz. During our family’s service, we were told that it was time to close the casket so that we could transport our family member to the church service that was scheduled in between the viewing. When the doors were opened so that we could put the casket in the hearse, there was no hearse waiting for us. We waited for a while, and nothing. One of the employees came out to tell us that they had forgotten to put gas in the hearse that morning so the driver had left to put gas in the vehicle. Our family waited there in the hallway with the casket until the hearse finally arrived. Our family was already devastated because of the death of a loved one; the funeral home did not make us feel any better. Instead we had to worry about whether we would make it to the church services on time with our deceased loved one. The funeral home employees did not go into the service at the church, and the priest had to ask one of the people attending the service to go outside and get one of the employees to let them know that the service had ended and that they needed to come inside. They took the casket back to the hearse, and instead of waiting for our family to drive behind our loved one, the driver of the hearse sped off back to the funeral home without our family. When we got back to the funeral home, we had 2 hours left of the viewing. We thought that because of their error that morning with the hearse not being ready they would give us a little more time with our loved one, but they were inconsiderate and were very pushy when it came to finishing the service “on time”; that was about the only thing they were punctual with was ending the service. We will never get the chance to have our loved one's services again, we hope that this doesn't happen to anyone either.

  I don't usually post reviews,but Casa De Paz Funeraria deserves it!
  Kenneth and his staff have been absolutely amazing.
  This is the first time I have dealt with a funeral home and after calling over 10,I found Casa de Paz,from the first call to the appointment and my 100 questions Ken and his staff have remained professional and kind.
  Kenneth and his staff have been really helpful with explaining how everything works and the process. They are kind and caring, they make you feel as if you are apart of there family.
  This professinalism and kindness is sometimes hard to find nowadays,thank you!

  They were terrific with my family my grandfather passed away and unfortunately my uncle passed away two days after and they did my uncles services for free together with my grandfather two for the price of one can't beat that
